Nana's House

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Nana's House does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking of you across apps or websites. The game plays fully offline. The one thing it does send is anonymous usage — described below — and it carries nothing that identifies you.

What we store

Everything Nana's House saves stays on your device (and, if you're signed in to iCloud, syncs privately through Apple's iCloud key‑value storage so your progress follows you between your own devices). This includes your chapter progress and memories collected, your unlocked-purchase status, and your language and accessibility preferences. We have no server, no account system, and no way to read any of it ourselves.

Anonymous usage

So we can tell which parts of the house people actually reach, the app reports a few anonymous events through Google Analytics for Firebase: that a chapter was finished, that a close‑up shelf level was solved, and that the Daily Visit was opened. Each carries only a chapter or level number.

It never sends your name, email, contacts, photos, location, or anything you typed, heard, or own. We do not set any user ID, so nothing is tied to you. The app is built without Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) — that code is not even included — so it cannot track you across other apps or websites, and it never shows a tracking‑permission prompt. Ad‑related data collection is switched off before the first event is sent.

Events are stored on your device and sent when there is a connection, so the game still plays completely offline.

No accounts, no sign-up

You can play the entire game, including the free chapters and the one‑time unlock, without creating an account or giving us your name, email, contacts, photos, or location.

Game Center (optional)

If you choose to use achievements, they are powered by Apple Game Center and handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We only submit achievement progress; we do not receive your identity. Game Center is entirely optional and the whole game is playable without it.

In-App Purchase

The full-story unlock is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase (StoreKit). Apple processes the payment; we never see your card or payment details. Your unlock status is stored on your device and, if available, synced privately through your iCloud account.

Third parties

Nana's House uses one third-party SDK: Google Analytics for Firebase, only for the anonymous usage described above. It carries no advertising and no cross‑app tracking, and we do not sell or share any data with anyone. The other services it touches are Apple's own: the App Store, In‑App Purchase, iCloud, and (optionally) Game Center.

Children

Nana's House is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
